What types of caregivers do you provide?We provide Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and companions who are fully credentialed and receive specialized brain health training. Whether you need short-term, long-term, or emergency coverage, our team is equipped to step in with skill and compassion.

Do your caregivers have experience with dementia or cognitive decline?Yes. All of our caregivers receive targeted training in brain health, including dementia, Alzheimer’s, and cognitive care best practices. We only place individuals who demonstrate both clinical knowledge and emotional intelligence in these areas.

How quickly can you fill a shift?In many cases, we can fill same-day or next-day requests depending on caregiver availability and credentialing requirements. Our team moves quickly without compromising on quality or compliance.

What settings do you serve?We specialize in staffing for long-term care facilities, memory care units, assisted living communities, skilled nursing facilities, and hospitals. We do not currently serve private homes, but this may expand in the future.

Are your caregivers fully vetted and credentialed?Absolutely. All caregivers go through comprehensive background checks, license verification, reference checks, and in-person interviews. We also maintain up-to-date credential files for every staff member and support your facility’s compliance needs.

What’s your pricing model?We offer transparent hourly rates based on caregiver type and shift requirements. There are no hidden fees. We’ll provide a clear rate sheet and work within your budget whenever possible.

Do you serve rural or hard-to-staff areas?Yes. We’re committed to meeting the needs of underserved facilities across South Houston. Not in South Houston, let us know your location and needs, we’ll work hard to try to find a solution.
